Refund & Shipping Policy

- There are NO refunds or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Please make sure you're certain of your choices before submitting your order.

- If you receive a damaged item, you must contact within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must first, be returned to us. Once the item is received, if available, a replacement will be sent. If the items are not available you'll receive a store credit. 

- Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.

- Once a tracking has been issued, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of FOB Treasures delivering your item(s) as promised and afterwards becomes the responsibility of the post office.
